experience, she held managerial positions with Bongrain, Chantelle and Johnson & Johnson, both at country- (France, Germany) and international level. She brings relevant line and people management experience to the management search business. She graduated in business administration from ESCAE Brest (France) with a dual major in international marketing and human resources. She speaks French, English and German. |

Roland Jeannet, Senior Adviser, MBA Babson College, bases his expertise on 25 years of marketing / general management experience with leading companies. 10 years with Procter & Gamble in the Brand Marketing / Advertising field, at an international level, have laid the foundations for his marketing orientation. |
| Building on this marketing focus, he moved to general management roles in consumer goods (Johnson & Johnson) and pharmaceuticals (Novartis Consumer Health). He has held CEO positions successively in various European countries and on a worldwide basis. He now shares his vast knowledge and experience with leading international companies helping them to build "Multiplier Marketing Capabilities" in order to boost their internal marketing management performance. He also serves on the board of various companies and organizations both in Switzerland and the United States. |

Jean Pierre Jeannet, Senior Adviser, is Professor of Strategy and Marketing at Babson College, USA, and at IMD, Switzerland. At Babson College, he holds the positions of H.W. Olin Distinguished Professor of Global Business, Director of W. F. Glavin Center for Global Management and Director of Europe Institute. |
He also has first hand experience in guiding international firms in their strategy making. His areas of special interest are global business and marketing strategies, and market orientation. He received his MBA and PhD from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He has written numerous books and articles, and some 100 cases, on the subjects of marketing and strategy; most recently:
- Global Marketing Strategies, with D. Hennessey, 6th Edition, Houghton-Mifflin, 2004;
- Global Account Management, with D. Hennessey, Wiley, 2003;
